Technical Papers must be submitted via the AMC2010 Manuscript Submission System.
AMC2010 Paper Submission Guidelines
Papers must be written in English. Six (6) pages , including figures, are allowed for each paper. Up to two (2) additional pages are allowed at extra charge of 10,000 yen for page.
Papers should follow to the IEEE double-column format for AMC2010. Templates are available below:

Main specifications are as follows:
- Margins: The papers must strictly take the following margins.
Paper Size:A4, Top margin:19 mm (0.75 inch), Bottom margin: 25.4 mm (1 inch)
Side margins:15.9 mm (0.63 inch) - Papers should NOT have Page numbers, Headers and Footers.
- Page limit: 6 pages for regular papers.
Up to two (2) additional pages are allowed at extra charge payment of 10,000 yen for page. Over-length papers (more than 8 pages) will not be accepted. Illustrations and references are also counted in the pages.
IEEE is very strict about the requirements for converting application files or PostScript files to full-text PDF for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®. Please follow the detailed instructions in "IEEE PDF File Preparation Guide for IEEE Xplore" that describes the essential steps in distilling PDFs that meet the IEEE requirements.

IEEE PDF eXpress is now avaiable.(Conference ID: amc2010x).
Copyright
For each paper submitted to AMC 2010 a IEEE Copyright form must be filled online on the paper submission site.
Publication
Please be aware that inclusion of your paper in the conference proceedings is only possible if the
- camera ready version
- Web based IEEE Copyright form
- registration and payment
For each paper, at least one author has to register and pay a non-student registration fee by January 31, 2010. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the final printed proceedings. Online Registration is now available in the AMC2010 Conference web page.
